Jenny and Luke spent their wedding day entirely in downtown St. John’s. We started the morning with a first look and family photos on the steps of Government House, taking advantage of the early light before the city got busy.
The afternoon was about the places they actually spend time in.
We stopped at the Quidi Vidi with the wedding party. These weren't staged portraits; it was just a chance for everyone to hang out. We then made our way to The Well Room for the ceremony.
After the ceremony, we walked out to Cuckold’s Cove so they could read their vows to each other privately by the ocean. We kept their moment alone going a little longer by stopping into Terre for a drink and then walking back to The Well Room.
Everything wrapped up at The Well Room for the reception. My focus for the evening was strictly documentary. I wanted to capture the actual energy of the room — the way people moved, the unposed laughs, and the transition into the party.

The Style Jenny’s look was a collaboration between The Ivory Suite for her gown, Olivia Chafe at Entity Salon for hair, and Anne Hicks Artistry for makeup. Their wedding rings were from Crescent Jewellers.
The Atmosphere The ceremony and reception were held at The Well Room, with Mia from Chic Celebrations handling the decor. Sweet Rose provided the cake, and Fireside Catering took care of the food.
The Energy The night ended with DJ Jordan Light and Sound on the dance floor.
